WaterDelivery.ph is the Philippines’ first on-demand water delivery app that lets you order both local refill water (purified, mineral, alkaline in 5-gallon containers) and trusted branded water such as Wilkins Distilled, Absolute, Summit, and more. You can compare suppliers by price, rating, and delivery speed, schedule one-time or recurring deliveries, and pay securely online for a fast, reliable, and safe hydration service.

We currently serve major areas in Metro Manila (NCR), including cities like Makati, Quezon City, Pasig, Taguig (BGC), and more. If your area isn’t listed yet, you can request coverage, and we’ll do our best to reach you.

The costs vary depending on the supplier you choose and your water selection. Since we work with various suppliers who set their own prices, you’ll find options across different budgets. We only add a small convenience fee on top of the supplier’s price to keep our app running and provide you with extra services like easy ordering and delivery tracking.

We do not require your presence for delivery. We do however require online payment, and providing a way for the empty containers to be picked up by the supplier upon delivering.

WaterDelivery supports secure cashless payments like GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and debit cards. Some orders also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) depending on supplier availability.

Absolutely. All partner suppliers are certified and undergo regular potability tests to ensure water meets government standards. Every jug delivered follows strict bottling hygiene.

If there’s an issue with your order you may contact the supplier, our support, or choose to cancel your order via the app. Any payment made will be refunded to your account.
